(1) In accordance with this Act, consumers who wish to receive drinking water service shall submit an application as prescribed to the organization that has received the license of the relevant service area for the connection of taps and meters.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the organization that has received the permit shall charge the specified fee and install the faucet and meter within the specified time.
(3) Whatever is written in sub-sections (1) and (2): However, if for any technical reason it is not suitable to install meters in the streams within a service area, water service shall be provided by making other appropriate arrangements.
